Best High School Baseball Showcases in Georgia

If you considered attending a baseball showcase in Georgia, you have probably asked:

“What are the best baseball showcases in Georgia?”

This is a great question and you’re in luck, because today we are going to discuss the best showcases in Georgia.

Let’s jump right in!

What we like about the Piedmont College Showcase is the mixture of colleges in every division that will be in attendance trying to recruit high school players, which means that an high school prospect doesn’t have to play at an elite level to possibly get recruited by a college at this event.

According to Piedmont College Showcase Website, “confirmed to attend this year are: Georgia Tech, Kennesaw State, Berry, LaGrange, Oglethorpe, Susquehanna, Reinhardt, and professional scouts from the Toronto Blue Jays, Colorado Rockies and the Philadelphia Phillies.”

This showcase requires position players to do a pro-style workout (fielding and batting practice). Position players will have to run a timed 60-yard dash. Also, high school prospects will compete in games at this event.

They hold an optional recruiting seminar for players and parents.

This event is a weekend event that’s usually held in early November at Loudermilk Baseball Complex in Demorest, Georgia.

This event usually cost around $200.

Why we recommend attending the South Georgia State College Junior College Baseball Showcase is the fact that this event has a lot of junior college coaches that will possibly be attendance ready to give FULL BASEBALL SCHOLARSHIPS to high school prospects.

Fun fact, Junior College Baseball Programs gives out more FULL BASEBALL SCHOLARSHIPS than NCAA and NAIA Baseball Programs.

According to SGCU, the possible schools that will be in attendance are “Andrew College, Abraham Baldwin College, East Georgia State College, Middle Georgia State College, Tallahassee Community College, Thomas University, and also Major League Scouts will be invited.”

This event is a one-day event in early November located at 100 W College Park Dr, Douglas, GA 31533

The cost of this event is around $150.

What we like about the Perfect Game Fall Academic Showcase in Georgia is that this event is designed for the better student athletes. ONLY prospects in attendance at this event are student-athletes with a 3.4 GPA.

This event has only been around for one year and they already had 18 prospects commit to colleges on baseball scholarships. We find that to be amazing.

We are not aware of the colleges that will be in attendance, but it’s safe to assume that top tier academic colleges and universities will be at this event scouting high school prospects.

The cost of this event is around $500.

This showcase is a two-day event that will be held at Lake Point Sports in Emerson, GA in mid-October.
